The Angeleno IRC is a prepaid card loaded by a Sponsor municipality or organization with a specific dollar amount. Your Sponsor may add additional funds to the card, but you may not load funds to the card.

The Card is issued by Sunrise Banks N.A., Member FDIC, St. Paul, MN 55103, pursuant to a license from Mastercard International on behalf of Mobility Capital Finance, Inc, the program partner responsible for managing the Card.
